YOUR INFORMATION

A community built on trust.

What your membership stores

SOMA Connect LLC (合同会社SOMA Connect) operates Network & Beats Club. Google sign-in provides the name, email, and profile image you authorize. Your account also stores optional profile information, event registration and verified attendance, referrals, and reward transactions to provide the membership experience.

You choose what is public

Profiles are private by default. If you opt into the member directory, signed-in members can see your preferred name, photo, profession, industry, interests, goals, biography, and social links. We never show your email in the directory. You can edit your profile or remove it from the directory in Profile settings.

Separate choices for communications

Marketing updates and partner offers each have their own optional consent control. You can withdraw either choice in your profile at any time.

Events and service providers

Luma handles event ticketing, payments, and check-in under its own policies. Registration and check-in exports may be matched to your membership by normalized email. Supabase hosts account and membership data. Google handles Google sign-in. The club uses essential authentication cookies.

Membership verification

Your card’s QR code contains a random verification link. It reveals only whether the membership is active and its tier—not your name, email, membership ID, or sign-in credentials. Share it only when you intend to verify your membership.

Requests and retention

To request access, correction, account deletion, or help with your data, contact SOMA Connect using the contact options on the Network & Beats website. Membership records are kept while needed to operate your account and resolve reward or event discrepancies. Specific retention periods and hosting region must be finalized before public launch.

Launch draft: the operator must confirm contact details, retention periods, and hosting arrangements before enabling public registration.
